ALCiS RETURN POLICY


ALCiS Daily Relief Pain Relief Cream is backed by a “30 Day No-Risk Guarantee.”  Try one tube of ALCiS Daily Relief Pain Relief Cream for 30 days following delivery, and if you are not completely satisfied, return your full order (see below), including the one opened tube -- even if it’s empty!  We’ll refund you 100% of your purchase price (less shipping and handling).    Any additional opened tubes other than the first tube, and any unreturned tubes, will each be charged against your refund at a price of $39.95 per tube (plus any sales tax).  Note that our 30 Day No-Risk Guarantee is only provided for first time, original purchases, and only one order per customer will be refunded under our 30 Day No-Risk Guarantee.

All ALCiS products are also backed by a Warranty against defects or damage for 30 days following delivery.  While we do inspect ALL products prior to shipping, products may infrequently be damaged during shipment.  If your product is defective or damaged, return your full order (see below), including any damaged products.  We will inspect the product on its return and decide to either refund your purchase price (less shipping and handling) or re-ship the replacement product.  Any and all other warranties are specifically disclaimed and rejected.

ALCiS products received under our continuity/auto-ship program may also be returned within 30 days following delivery.  Return your most recent shipment (see below) and receive a refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling).  You may only return your most recent shipment, and any opened tubes and any unreturned tubes will be charged against your refund at a price of $39.95 per tube (plus any sales tax).

We are always seeking to improve our product performance, so please also include a note explaining the reason for your return.

To return your order, simply call 1-800-977-8123. The customer service agent will give you a returned merchandise account, RMA, number. Write the RMA on the outside of the box and put all of your merchandise from the order, along with your original invoice and a note explaining the reason for your return and mail it to the address provided by the customer service agent.

Any orders returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and no credit will be issued to the customer.

Any orders returned to ALCiS Corporate Headquarters will not be accepted and no credit will be issued to the customer.

Cancelled orders and orders you “refuse” after shipping are subject to a 20% restocking charge, which will be deducted from your refund.

All returns are subject to management discretion and all resulting decisions are final.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances.  Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles (30 – 60 days) from the date we receive the return for your account to be credited.
