Muscle Pain / Discomfort:
For muscle pain, apply a generous amount of ALCiS Daily Relief (about the size of a quarter) to the entire muscle affected. If you have pain in a larger muscle area, e.g. thigh or back, you should use a bit more (about the size of a half dollar). Apply ALCiS liberally to the affected and surrounding areas. For muscle pain, it may sometimes be necessary to apply ALCiS several times to achieve the desired level of relief.
