Brian Berchtold - President and Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
Brian has over 18 years of international medical device and consumer health products sales experience. He has a proven track record of increasing sales and sales force productivity. Prior to joining ALCiS, Brian held senior management and sales positions at Alliance Medical and Collagen Corporation. While at Collagen, he ran their UK and Canadian subsidiaries. Brian has a BSC in Finance from Santa Clara University.

Mark Lemma - Chief Financial Officer, Co-Founder
Mark brings over 20 years of start-up and financial management experience to the ALCiS platform. Prior to joining the Company, he held senior financial management roles at Magellan Corporation, Pets.com and Onvantage, a start-up supplier of marketing technology. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant having worked at Ernst and Young and later as co-founder of his own firm.  Mark has a BSC in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Eric Glader, Vice President of Business Development, Co-Founder
Eric has held a variety of corporate and entrepreneurial roles in his business career. Prior to joining ALCiS he founded Realize, Inc., a direct response television production company that launched a consumer product now in retail distribution (Chaser Plus). Prior to Realize, Eric worked in corporate business development for Procera Networks.  Eric has a BS in Business Finance and a BA in Communications Studies from University of San Diego.
